The Scoot
Help prepare the event before guests arrive! Volunteers will assist with a variety of setup tasks, including hanging signs, decorating tables, loading coolers with drinks and ice, organizing supplies, and setting up activity and registration areas. No special experience is needed—just a willingness to help and work as part of a team to get everything ready for a successful event.
